I have an extensive background in pageantry. I began as a “pageant mom” to my daughter Morgan when she was five years old, then competing at 12 as a teen then later taking the crown alongside me as Miss South Dakota International and Mrs. South Dakota International 2019. I have worked for the VA Black Hills for 18 years in mental health administration and now as a vocational rehabilitation specialist. As Mrs. South Dakota International 2019, I promoted the International Pageant Organization at more than 250 appearances and events. As an executive board member for Relay For Life, I have worked with numerous organizations across South Dakota promoting Diabetes Prevention and Go Red For Women. I continue my love of the South Dakota International Pageant Organization as Mrs. South Dakota Honorary International 2024, using my love of pageantry and experience to mentor and support our new queens. My husband Scott and I live in the beautiful Black Hills with our five Yorkie’s and Chihuahua’s.
